The park is a long way from the Danube. Keep the suitcase on Andrássy or in inner Pest.

Heroes' Square is the gate at the end of Andrássy, and the middle of the park is farther in: Széchenyi lies beyond the square toward the zoo, Vajdahunyad across the lake. It takes half a day, with the avenue already behind you.
