Refund Policy
Last updated: 28 July 2026
1. Digital content and the 14-day right
EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content this right expires early when delivery begins with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB / Art. 16 (m) Consumer Rights Directive).
That is exactly what the checkbox at our checkout does: your content is unlocked seconds after payment, and in return the withdrawal right ends at that moment.
2. When you do get a refund
Losing the withdrawal right does not mean losing your rights entirely:
- If delivery fails — you paid and the content did not unlock — we fix it or refund in full.
- If the content is materially defective and we cannot fix it, statutory warranty rights apply, up to a price reduction or refund.
- If you were charged twice for the same thing, the duplicate is refunded without discussion.
3. Purchases made in the iOS app
In-app purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds for them are decided by Apple under App Store rules: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue card refunds for Apple transactions, but write to us anyway — if access misbehaved we can restore or extend it ourselves.
4. How to reach us
Email support@routellers.com from the address you used at checkout, with the approximate purchase time. We answer within a few business days; approved web refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
