1. Who we are
Routellers is operated by Codeum UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Barthshof 5, 86150 Augsburg, Germany ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@routellers.com.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to purchases and use of digital content on routellers.com and in the Routellers app: self-guided walking routes, city quests, city packs and time-limited passes ("content"). Purchases made inside the iOS app are additionally subject to Apple’s App Store terms.
3. The service
Our content is digital: maps, texts, audio and interactive steps that you follow on your own, in public urban space, at your own pace. We are not a tour operator and no physical service, guide or admission ticket is included unless explicitly stated.
4. Access without an account
You do not need a password to buy. We deliver access through a link sent to the email address you provide at checkout, and that email address is what ties the purchase to your account in the app. Keep the link private: anyone with the link can open your content.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown including VAT. Web payments are processed by Stripe; in-app purchases are processed by Apple. The price shown at the moment of purchase is the price you pay. Partner discounts are time-limited and cannot be combined.
6. Delivery and right of withdrawal
Content is delivered immediately after payment. By ticking the consent box at checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun (§ 356 (5) BGB). 7. Licence and acceptable use
A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own trip. You may not resell, publish, scrape or redistribute it. All content, including texts, audio and route design, remains our intellectual property or that of our licensors.
8. Walking is at your own risk
Routes run through real streets. You remain responsible for your own safety, for observing traffic rules and local regulations, and for judging whether a place is accessible and safe at the time of your visit. Venues mentioned in the content may close, change opening hours or charge admission independently of us.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under the German Product Liability Act. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms for the future; the version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
