Why go
In the morning, before the heat and the groups. The caves are cool. At noon the top has nothing to offer.
Where to stay
No need to sleep at the foot. This is half a day from My Khe, not a base.

The climb is Thuy Son, the other four hills are seen from it, and the caves and the pagoda lie on that same stair. The marble workshops line the road at the foot and are not the visit.
