The Jewish quarter inside the old town. The Old-New Synagogue, the old Jewish cemetery and the Spanish Synagogue sit a few minutes apart.

The Old-New Synagogue, the Old Jewish Cemetery and the Spanish Synagogue stand a few minutes apart.
Come in the morning, before groups fill the cemetery. By evening the quarter is quieter than the square.
A tight place to sleep, with the square on the doorstep. Keep the suitcase in the New Town or Vinohrady.

The cemetery is a small yard between the synagogues, rather than a park off the street. Pařížská runs straight to the river, the stones and the Old-New Synagogue are in the lanes beside it, and men cover their heads inside.
