Morning along the bay, evening on the square. Midday on the promenade is hot and open.
Where to stay
Base yourself here, on the bay. The far cemetery and Swissminiatur are separate trips. The suitcase does not follow them.

Piazza della Riforma opens onto the lakefront: Lugano Arte e Cultura is by the water toward Via Nassa, Villa Ciani the other way, inside Parco Ciani. Those are the two ends of one walk along the bay.
