The first day, in the morning, before the groups take the steps of St Paul. After lunch the stone is hot. In the evening the square and the lit facade remain.
Worth it if you want to walk out to Senado. At night it is quieter than Cotai.

From Senado up to the ruins is a short climb, and the steps in front of the façade are the viewpoint. Monte Fort is the same hill, one level higher, and the casinos sit at the edge of this walk.
