A short hour after the old centre, or straight off the train. It is not the first morning.
Useful if the station matters. The cathedral is no longer the next courtyard. The suitcase can stay for the night you arrive. Start the days at the Duomo.

From Centrale to Piazza Gae Aulenti you walk straight: the Pirelli Tower is at the station, the Bosco Verticale is already on the tower square. The buildings are not open to go up, so you look from below, and Corso Como drops from the square toward the old streets.
