The islands
Krestovka embankment, Bolshaya Alley, Morskoy Prospekt
The islands to the north: parks, dachas that became mansions, and Krestovsky with the stadium. This is the city at leisure, not the city on a checklist.

Kamenny Island’s old dachas, and Krestovsky with the stadium and the park: the city at leisure.
On a clear day, by bike or just through the park. In winter the point is thinner: snow, paths, and few people.
Not a base for a first trip. You come for half a day and go back to the Petrograd side.

From the Petrograd Side this is a crossing by bridges, a fresh walk. On Kamenny look at the mansions from the embankments: the houses stand in the trees, and from the alley you see the gates. Krestovsky is the park and the stadium, a separate outing.
