Plaza de España, Avenida de Isabel la Católica, Paseo de las Delicias
The 1929 park on the south side: Plaza de España, Parque de María Luisa and the Royal Tobacco Factory at the north edge. You leave the Alcázar through the gardens, and this is the next walk.

Plaza de España, the María Luisa park and the Royal Tobacco Factory at the northern edge of the 1929 park.
Come by day, under the plane trees, not in the first hour at the cathedral. In the evening the square is lit and the pavilions are shut.
Quiet for a night, but late Triana and breakfast by the cathedral are no longer a suitcase walk. Better as a daytime outing, with the bed closer to Santa Cruz.

From the Alcázar you come through the gardens: this is already another walk, not a loop around the cathedral. Plaza de España is the open semicircle, and the tobacco factory is on the northern edge of the park, so you meet it first if you walk down from the palace.
