Titoli e foto, senza i racconti: sono quelli che sblocchi. Qui non c’è nessuno spoiler.

  1. Kunstkamera

The Kunstkamera is best known for its collection of 'grotesques' and its role as Russia's first public museum.

  2. Здание Двенадцати коллегий

  3. Menshikov Palace (Saint Petersburg)

A branch of the Hermitage Museum showcasing Russian art from the late 17th to early 18th century.

  4. Quay with Sphinxes

The quay is known for its two ancient Egyptian sphinxes.

  5. Румянцевский обелиск

  6. Repin Street

In the winter of 1941–1942, bodies collected from central Leningrad were brought to this exceptionally narrow lane and laid on its cobblestones because coffins and transport were unavailable. The ordinary residential street still retains its old paving, creating an unsettling trace of the siege's improvised treatment of the dead. 7. Tanya Savicheva House

Tanya Savicheva lived here with her family and recorded their deaths one by one in a tiny notebook during the siege. Her final terse entries—ending with the fact that only Tanya remained—made the private destruction of one household an enduring record of the city's starvation. ([visit-petersburg.ru](https://www.visit-petersburg.ru/en/route/vasilevskiy-ostrov-pamyati-i-slavy/?utm_source=openai))

  8. Saint Andrew's Cathedral, St Petersburg

The last Baroque cathedral built in Saint Petersburg.

  9. Аптека Пеля и башня грифонов

  10. Vasilyevsky Island's Ghost Canal Lines

Peter the Great and Domenico Trezzini planned this island as a northern Amsterdam crossed by navigable canals. Some channels were begun and later filled while others remained on paper, but the peculiar paired 'lines'—each side of a street carrying its own number—preserve the intended canal banks in the modern address system.

  11. Дом академиков

  12. Blagoveshchensky Bridge

Known as the Nikolaevsky Bridge in 1917, it was raised and guarded by cadets on October 24 to block movement between Vasilyevsky Island and central Petrograd. The Military Revolutionary Committee ordered the Aurora to restore traffic; the cadets withdrew when the cruiser approached, and shipboard electricians lowered the span before the seizure of the Winter Palace.
